I’m just packing and blasting music.

Because there’s nothing better to do.

Oh, I know it. But that fact doesn’t seem to stop my procrastination.

I’ll take your word for it.
The lyrics seem to be the easiest part—at least, I assume,
since they’re the only thing I’ve been able to come up with,
aside from the occasional small amounts of melody.
I’d love to hear your cover of it, really.
And it is, isn’t it? I was just talking to this girl named Maya about it.
She said she’s never been to a concert before,
so I was telling her about what fantastic experiences live shows are.

Hahah aren’t I so familiar with that. Procrastination is a skill.

Melodies are the hardest, always. For most of my songs I haven’t been able to get melodies for them. I find it easier when I’m in a musician atmosphere. Well you heard it, and I’m glad you like it. I abuse my voice is anything hahah. Never been to a concert? I am speechless. Concerts are probably one of my favorite things to do. That poor girl, she needs to go to one asap.

Heh, you do that. I’m more of a last-minute kind of guy.

I’ll join after you do it for a little while.
Don’t pull the embarrassment card—you’ve done it before, haha.
And I suppose you have a point.
I just haven’t been able to master putting the words to music.
My few attempts have been awful so far.
That’s actually a pretty good song. I’d love to hear it.
But live is definitely the best for anything.
I think I was just talking about this today, actually.

Well the only flaw in that is the fact that you might not have anything you actually need, but to each his own.

Hahah you’re right, don’t worry though, it’s not that scary. The actual song part is the hardest, lyric writing is pretty easy though. I love that song, so I decided to cover it hahah. I mean if you really want to hear it alright. Live is my favorite, clearly. Oh really? Well isn’t that just ironic.

Yeah, morning works.
Get a jump on the adventure.

That sounds fun, actually. Bohemian, kind of, haha.
Maybe I’ll get comfortable with it if you do it first.
Until then, I’ll stick to the guitar that I just barely know.
I do like writing, actually. I’ve tried my hand at poetry numerous times.
But that sounds cool. Do you have anything recorded,
or would a live session be the only way I’d get to hear your songs?

Awesome, I’ll start packing now then. Adventure awaits.

Completely bohemian hahah. Oh I’ll do it, but you have to join, I wouldn’t want to embarrass myself now. Writing poetry is just like song writing, I bet you’ve gotten a heads start with even knowing it. I do, you know that song You and I by Lady GaGa, I covered that song. But of course live is always the best to be heard.

I don’t believe I have anything planned for this weekend,
so it sounds good to me if it sounds good to you.

Well, I’m not very good at it yet.
It was just something I picked up this past semester.
And you still have one up on me:
I refuse to sing in public.
As far as the lap drums vs. lap dances thing,
either or seems pretty cool to me.
And I’ve always been interested in songwriting.
What do you mean by scattered, exactly?

Great, when should we leave then? In the morning?

Practice makes perfect. Maybe once you learn we can go and peddle for money together hahah. Singing in public isn’t that bad, I usually just tell myself I’m not in public and then I just have fun. That’s the whole game to it, really. Yeah, well we’ll see about that. Do you like writing? It’s like writing, but with rhyming. Scattered brained, like here and there, not exactly on a set path.

Yeah, you definitely need to see it when you’re older.
Appreciate it to the fullest.
So we have a destination. I am, too.

Like I said, I always have time, heh.
Not really. I mean, I’m a beginner at guitar, but that’s about it.
Wait, lap dances? I’m confused now.
…But song-writing sounds cool.

Not only that, but I can actually remember it hah. Now all that’s left is a date. I know you’re free, as am I. Have you anything planned for this week?

Guitar, that’s cool. Definitely more then me, I know not one thing about guitar. Lap drums. Drums. I meant lap drums, sorry. Seems like I have dancing on the brain. Song writing is pretty cool, by my lyrics are very… different, scattered you know?

You’ll learn to hate the snow. It becomes engrained in your DNA if you live here long enough.

The people really aren’t so friendly once you get to know them.

Oh well, that sucks. I’ll enjoy it while I actually like it I guess.

Yeah? That’s a harsh reality.
